Solution: Step onto the treadmill, slip on a fresh pair of Vomeros, and immerse yourself in a virtual run through a vibrant, "Vomero-fied" downtown Manhattan, rendered in the distinctive visual language of the Vomero shoe initiative. Your pace dictates your journey through the game environment, starting at Nike's House of Innovation and racing against the clock to Central Park. The physical build of this unique experience was brought to life with the help of a local small business in Kensington, Philadelphia, who custom-upholstered all the treadmill and LED screen surrounds. As the Project Manager, my role encompassed UX and UI design, creative direction, guiding the game development, vendor management, and production management. Their previous trial activation focused solely on the Vomero model, but the new Choice campaign promoted three distinct shoes—Vomero, Pegasus, and Structure—each with its own visual identity and performance story. Nike wanted a seamless way for consumers to discover which shoe fit their running style while also delivering an immersive, motivating trial run that reflected their recommended model. Solution: We created an interactive end‑to‑end trial experience built around personalization and immersion. At the kiosk, users completed a short quiz that generated a printed receipt recommending one of the three shoes. After putting on the suggested pair, runners stepped onto a treadmill where their pace synced in real time with an on‑screen game environment. boundless, open-ended possibilities of their bricks, encouraging creative play across different sets. The challenge was to translate this concept into a captivating digital experience that would engage a global audience and reinforce the idea of imaginative construction. Solution:We devised a worldwide digital campaign centered around an immersive mobile game. QR codes, prominently displayed on billboards, posters, and bus stops globally, allowed passersby to use their phones to enter this interactive world. Through a series of narrative choices within the game, users guided a fallen knight back through a portal to the LEGO world. The campaign's iconic visual—a knight holding a plunger—was a concept I developed, effectively symbolizing imaginative problem-solving. create a spectacular, one-day event on Wall Street to celebrate a successful year for gold stock. They needed a high-impact, temporary installation in front of the New York Stock Exchange that would visually represent "paving the street in gold" and also offer an engaging, interactive element for attendees. Solution: We executed a full-scale takeover of the front of the New York Stock Exchange, centering on a custom-cast and painted "gold brick road," complemented by custom-fabricated gold brick benches. To integrate an interactive digital experience, we also deployed two AI filter kiosks. These kiosks used generative AI to transform users into "gold statues," providing a memorable and shareable experience that tied into the event's theme. eye-catching and interactive installation for the front window of their Chicago flagship store. The goal was to draw in passersby and provide an engaging way for consumers to contribute their predictions about the future of technology, which could then be displayed prominently. Solution: We designed and installed a striking globe made from 44 individual screens mounted on a custom metal frame for the store's front window. This visually captivating display also served as an interactive experience: guests could enter their predictions for the future of technology via a touchscreen, and these predictions would then appear at random on the larger screens of the globe intermixed with those of other users. This experience needed to incentivize purchases and provide a premium, personalized reward that reflected the campaign's spirit. Solution: We created a complex interactive installation featuring a custom t-shirt hopper and workout plan ID card station, all seamlessly managed by two robots. When not actively engaging customers, these robots rhythmically danced in front of the central t-shirt hopper, attracting attention. Customers who spent over $250 received an activated NFC card, which they scanned at the station. They then answered a series of questions on a touchscreen to specify their shirt size, name, location, and workout preferences. Upon completion, a robot would deliver a custom workout ID card, printed from a concealed printer, along with a limited-edition shirt in their chosen size. As a final touch, their name, location, and workout goal were printed on a continuous receipt roll displayed at the front of the unit.&nbsp; This concept was also scalable, with non robotics versions of the experience shipping to Chicago and LA. the eight distinct advantages of the upcoming 2025 Air Max DN8 with eight large-scale, interactive experiments. These needed to be visually impactful, reaching 9 feet tall, incorporate unique interactive tech for each advantage, and be deployed simultaneously across their flagship stores in Los Angeles, New York City, and Georgia. Solution: We delivered eight massive, standalone interactive experiments, each standing 9 feet tall and showcasing a different advantage of the Air Max DN8. These included experiences like turning a dial to control pneumatic pins through spandex in a figure-eight pattern, manipulating a physical shoe to influence on-screen content, and shifting air between two hand-sewn airbags using pedals and knobs. This complex project required significant coordination, from material sourcing and concept development to vendor management and leading installations nationwide to ensure its successful deployment across all three flagship locations. Running Co.) wanted to create the appearance of a standard payphone, branded in their collaborative colors, but with the unique functionality to record video and audio content. The goal was to prompt users with a specific question (about feeling supported while running) and allow them to leave a personal message. Solution: We sourced a standard payphone, expedited its delivery, and immediately got to work. The payphone was disassembled and powder-coated in Nike red. We then removed its internal components, replacing them with a fisheye lens camera and a recording device. Finally, custom-cut vinyl graphics were applied for Nike and Heartbreak Running Co. branding, resulting in an interactive "phone booth" that captures user stories.
